Plus the delivery pipeline: on schedule (or on demand), write the line-item report (CSV/Parquet + manifest) to the configured S3 bucket/prefix, sourced from the existing services/cost pricing engine (resourcediscovery × pricing.Monthly) — the same source Cost Explorer uses.
Depends on the S3 wire backend for delivery.
