v3 still declares the node20 runtime — GitHub forces node24 and warns on every run. v4.0.0 moves the action to node24; v4.0.3 also carries the list-files escaping fix (GHSA-7hc6-8hq5-9q2m) and new predicate quantifiers we don't use. Filter syntax unchanged for our simple code-paths filter. Fixes #98.
