Add redirect from old doc/storaged-api to udisks/docs - #20

The storaged project was renamed back to udisks so the documentation moved from doc/storaged-api to udisks/docs. Add a redirect page at the old location and a fallback redirect in the 404 page for individual old page URLs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Lot of 404s with the storaged-api paths started showing up in our analytics.
