Summary
Add a shared, validated domain boundary for inventory and operation records, generated from one protobuf schema for Rust and TypeScript.
This change delivers a contract library; it does not deliver an installable application.
Testing
Generation checks, Rust build, formatting, clippy, nextest and doctests, TypeScript typecheck/build, binary interoperability and Chromium checks pass locally on macOS. Documentation and whitespace checks pass; CI adds Linux verification.
