Adds LASCO C2 Image for #48

• Adds LASCO C2 image with similar time stamp to that of AIA 171 example to sunpy/data for sunpy #5471 and LASCO C2 data sampled needed for example gallery #48

I ran an example of this LASCO C2 with AIA image overlayed here.

Where did you get the LASCO file from? What processing level is it?

I think its just the one from VSO (L1), what ones should we include in our example gallery?

It may be better to use the JP2?

I'd rather have science quality data if we could. I thought there was rumblings of their being some higher level data?
