Was looking at database-build ahead of an AI SDK upgrade. I ran a scan of current main (de2c18d) against the 2026-09-13.1 change feed - you're on ai 4.0.11, and it found:
- apps/web/lib/tools.ts:1:10 - CoreTool is removed in v5 (hard break)
- apps/web/components/chat.tsx:3:10 - Message/CreateMessage are replaced by UIMessage/CreateUIMessage in v5 (hard break; seven sites)
- apps/web/components/chat.tsx:4:1 - the ai/react entrypoint is removed in v5 (hard break; five sites)
- apps/web/app/api/chat/route.ts:4:10 - convertToCoreMessages is renamed in v5 and removed in v6
