mage-007: one figure per change with the before/after pair measured in one session and the other-session references hatched, plus the accessible value table in the record. LayerNorm 255.41 -> 186.80, neighbor 9.45 -> 7.06, and the rejected GELU vectorization 10.29 -> 27.00 kept as the counterexample.
