The notes opened with record numbers and internal names and never embedded their figures, so the pages showed none. Both now lead with what the hardware does: the neighbor kernel so a thread asks for four times the bytes per load and keeps two gathers in flight, layer norm so a stale width gate sent 4096-wide rows to the single-warp kernel, and GELU so vectorising costs 2.6x when the grid is already saturating the machine. Adds a schematic of the access pattern, and a front-matter check: an unquoted colon in one description had broken the Pages build, which is why no images appeared at all.
