docs: showcase README; move root clutter to archive/ - #609

README: adds what-this-demonstrates, the HomeLab-aws cloud counterpart and related repos; fleet and endpoint tables now point at their owners (docs/HARDWARE.md, docs/services.md); TODO section collapsed to a pointer. Corrects two README claims per CLAUDE.md: no Samba on the H4, XU3 is not a build agent. Moves the dated TODO files, m5fw-contrib-README.md, the stale protocol.py, sample-speech-1m.wav and the drifted ansible/ CI copies into archive/, unedited. BACKLOG citations are rewritten to the new paths (line numbers are unchanged), README line citations are pinned to 6cb781f, and three BACKLOG section 7.1 hygiene items are ticked.
