What happened?

After enabling Paykit in Dev Mode, importing a portable Pubky profile via Pubky Ring fails with Authorization failed.
Error: Authorization failed.

Notes

• Happens right after enabling Paykit in Dev Mode.
• Unclear whether this is a Dev Mode / Paykit config issue, a Ring auth flow bug, or missing permissions.

Expected behavior

Import succeeds (or a clear, actionable error if auth is missing / denied).
