bug: spending confirm shows less than what leaves

What happened?

On transfer to spending, the confirm total can show the order fee plus the miner fee while the payment sends the spendable on-chain balance.

Expected behavior

The confirm total matches the amount of bitcoin that leaves the wallet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open transfer to spending and reach confirm.
2. Compare the total on screen with the amount the payment sends.
