bug: recovery phrase is readable before reveal

What happened?

On the backup screen, the recovery phrase is available to accessibility while the reveal overlay is still up.

Expected behavior

The phrase is not in the overlay accessibility text. The SeedContainer test tag stays.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open backup and leave the recovery phrase covered.
2. Read the accessibility text for SeedContainer.
