Admits the published Eval 0.179 release while preserving the existing 0.174 compatibility floor. Updates the exact development pin, package verification allowlist, lockfile, and install documentation. Darwin verification: typecheck, build, package checks, and packed archive pass; Linux-only exact directory-descriptor tests remain delegated to CI.
