Workspace branching mixed operation handling, durable recovery, and marker serialization in one 2,681-line module. Separate the bounded metadata codec and asynchronous inventory/ledger recovery into private modules, leaving the existing provider contract and public exports unchanged. The operation module is now 1,489 lines.
Remove duplicate identifier and attestation validation by using their existing shared owners. Remove two single-use marker forwarding helpers. Preserve exact marker bytes, replay identities, legacy record recovery, cancellation, and fail-closed cleanup. Include both new internal modules in the published package and add the normal patch changeset.
Validation: all 262 existing Tangle provider tests passed after extraction and validation consolidation; all 40 workspace branching tests passed again after removing the forwarding helpers. Affected package build passed. The packed package imported in an isolated consumer and its existing workspace TypeScript contract compiled; private helpers remain absent from public exports. Independent source review covered both commits and found no issues. CI covers the complete workspace and package artifacts.
