When a batch contains traces with reused span IDs, convergence and steering analysis can select another trace's verdict or hide a missing parent. Resolve parents and links by
(trace_id, span_id)and retaincauseTraceIdandeffectTraceIdon every steering edge, including unresolved targets. Generic chat transcripts now retain unknown execution status instead of treating an assistant completion claim as observed success.Release version 0.13.0 reflects the required trace-ID fields added to
SteeringEdge. Callers constructing that result type must supply both fields. Existing 0.12.1–0.12.3 tags remain unchanged; npm currently serves 0.12.0, so publishing this merge also includes the already-merged capture, analyst and dependency fixes.Validation: full suite passed (54 files, 687 tests); focused identity/chat/execution tests passed again after the additive fields (51 tests). Source validation, typecheck, final build and package checks passed with Node 24 and pnpm 10.33.4 under a monitored 2 GiB limit. Normal commit and push hooks passed. No private session evidence is included.
