Updates traces to the released agent-eval 0.173.1 malformed-output repair and its compatible agent-interface 2.3.0 and agent-runtime 0.191.0 cohort.

Proof:

• typecheck, build, and packed-package checks passed
• real GTM Codex session: 5/5 Luna calls completed, model-backed failure analysis completed, command exited 0
• Node support remains >=22.13; CI tests Node 22.13 and 24.18

The release tag will be cut from the merge commit after current review and CI pass.
