I've linked a number of issues that I believe would be settled by the acceptance of this proposal to Stage 2. |
Resolve conflict in spec.emu: keep the stage: 2 bump and the Eemeli Aro contributor addition; take main's updated location URL (proposal-amount rather than proposal-measure). README.md auto-merged cleanly.
