Updates the git_config plugin documentation to reflect the correct configuration parameter name (config_dir instead of clone_path) so users configure the feature correctly.
Changes:
- Renames the documented parameter from
clone_pathtoconfig_diracross option tables, examples, and path placeholders. - Moves/expands the debug logging guidance within the Troubleshooting section.
