feat: pet on the kiosk card, and appeals - #1106

Opt-in (appeals_enabled): a child can ask for a second look at a rejected chore, a rejected reward claim or a penalty within 48 hours. Parents overturn (pay the chore as "Appeal: ...", approve the reward, or undo the penalty and cancel its open make-it-right offer) or uphold it from the Today tab. New services taskmate.appeal and taskmate.decide_appeal, appeal_submitted push (parents, on by default) and appeal_decided push (child, opt-in), child card option show_appeals, docs in wiki/Appeals.md.

Two changes:
Pet on the kiosk card (#1094). The kiosk child screen embeds the real
taskmate-pet-cardin a newcompactmode (no header, accessories or family) in its side column. New kiosk optionshow_pet(default on); only shown while virtual pets are switched on.Appeals. Opt-in (
appeals_enabled): within 48 hours a child can appeal a rejected chore, a rejected reward claim or a penalty, once each. Parents overturn (pay the chore as "Appeal: …", approve the reward, or undo the penalty and cancel its open make-it-right offer) or uphold from the Today tab, with an optional note. A penalty already earned back can't be appealed. While appeals are on, rejections are logged even without a reason (the feed and card still only show reasoned ones). New servicestaskmate.appeal/taskmate.decide_appeal, eventstaskmate_appeal_submitted/taskmate_appeal_decided,appeal_submittedpush (parents, on by default) andappeal_decidedpush (child, opt-in), child card optionshow_appeals. Docs: wiki/Appeals.md.Both tested on the dev instance.
