Summary

  • add the released opencv-rgb-precommit check-opencv-rgb hook at v0.1.1
  • add Ruff suppression policy, pyupgrade, JSON validation, and merge-conflict checks based on the compatible volmodels/voxelpipe quality gates
  • run pre-commit autoupdate: Ruff 0.16.8, uv 0.12.16, codespell 2.4.3, pyproject-fmt 2.29.4, mypy 2.3.1, and shellcheck v0.11.0.1-1
  • constrain pyproject-fmt to Python 3.14 so the formatter cannot silently advertise unsupported future classifiers
  • clarify two multiline Markdown string literals in analysis/fodb_paper.py

Validation

  • uv run --frozen --group dev pytest -q — 160 passed
  • uv run pre-commit run --all-files — all hooks passed
  • Ruff check and format check passed
  • mypy passed
  • git diff --check passed

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Refactor

    • Reformatted generated Markdown output templates without changing their content or behavior.
  • Chores

    • Improved automated checks and formatting validation to support more consistent code quality.
    • Updated development tooling configurations while preserving existing application behavior.

File-Level Changes

Change Details Files
Make multiline Markdown literals explicit parenthesized expressions within list construction.
  • Wrap the compatibility-audit explanatory paragraph in parentheses.
  • Wrap the protocol-decision table header in parentheses.
  • Preserve the generated Markdown content while satisfying Ruff ISC004 and improving missing-comma visibility.
