This PR implements the post-audit repair programme rather than defending the former PASS labels.

Completed

• publishes the independent-audit response, errata, evidence taxonomy and corrected frontier gates;
• retracts the asserted v1.3 RG completion and deprecates the erroneous v1.4 transport numbers;
• independently recomputes all eleven three-loop 3PI coefficient magnitudes from coloured half-edge graph automorphisms;
• adds a genuine unequal-time scalar open-system benchmark with independent Hamiltonian and causal-memory solvers, timestep/memory convergence, commutator, FDT and energy diagnostics;
• recomputes the v1.4 LPM diagnostic with the corrected collinear mass combination and executes the v1.5 high-resolution LPM benchmark with an external normalization check;
• resolves the prompt-daughter dark-radiation problem conditionally through an exact-replica gauge-charged daughter and explicit scattering-rate/cascade calculation;
• recalculates environmental conversion on the low-f_a ridge, exposing neutron-star conversion as a genuine blocker;
• quantifies the elementary UV-quality failure and a conditional 24-link local gauge/deconstruction repair;
• measures the v1.7/v1.8 off-shell model discrepancy and forbids table extrapolation;
• removes active sandbox paths, declares dependencies, and distinguishes identities, regressions, independent recomputations, convergence tests, external benchmarks, predictions, blockers and retractions.

Honest frontier status

• Formal chronometric-shear programme: conditionally earned.
• Leading 2/27 threshold interpretation: earned at one loop, with an NLO band.
• Scalar two-time software/unit frontier: earned.
• Full hard+LPM q-D-H correlator: not complete.
• PT/BFM three-loop 3PI pilot: not authorized; no non-Abelian evolution engine yet.
• Cosmological realization: blocked by compact-object conversion on the archived low-f_a ridge.
• UV completion: conditional 24-link skeleton, not a completed UV theory.
