How to use:

1. Put the chosen rotors in roman numerals on the first line of the input.txt file.
2. Put the rotor positions either as letters or as numbers on the second row.
3. Put the rotor ring settings either as letters or numbers on the third row.
4. On the fourth row, input the plugboard seetings as pairs of letters.
5. On the final row, without any newline characters, leave the message to be decoded or encoded.
