Bring in upstream's 0.15.2-0.15.5 skill content, setup step layout, and the Grok 4.7 and Opus max matrix rows. Keep pstack-flex's GPT-6 first-run roles and four-lane panel, now fable@max, gpt-6-astra@high, grok-4.7@xhigh, opus@max. Drop open-pstack's triage and roadmap plan.

77a91fd, Cursor pstack 0.15.5) as a real merge so upstream history stays shared, perUPSTREAM-FLEX.md.architect runners, decision-trailstartrows and the non-truncatinglog.sh, retired-role handling in setup, and the prompt cuts.grok-4.7and Opus defaults tomax. The default panel is nowclaude:fable@max, codex:gpt-6-astra@high, grok:grok-4.7@xhigh, claude:opus@max.setup-pstacktakes upstream's step layout (role question in step 2, efforts in step 4) and keeps the flex families, GPT-6 guidance, and panel-diversity rule.docs/plans/2026-10-01-triage-and-roadmap.md.CHANGES.mdandUPSTREAM-FLEX.md; bumps the version to 1.5.0.Verification
