Add handling for Abseil static libraries in build script.
Updated build script to disable examples, tests, and utils.
This PR introduces a `deploy.sh` script to simplify the deployment workflow of the OSS-Fuzz blog. ### Details: - **Docker-Based Compilation**: Uses the existing `Dockerfile` in `infra/build/blog` to build the Hugo static site, guaranteeing stable version dependencies across builds. - **Automated Backup**: Automatically performs a local backup of the current live production bucket contents before running the deploy step. - **Clean Sync**: Utilizes `gcloud storage rsync` with the `--delete-unmatched-destination-objects` flag to clean up stale assets while syncing. - **Zero Hardcoding**: Demands the GCP project ID as a command-line parameter to avoid hardcoded references to production.
