Setup custom webhook

在 Project 下找到 `setting` -> `trigger` -> `Add trigger`

选择 Custom Webhook

填写参数并且选择触发的 workflow 以及分支即可

最后你会得到 webhook url 以及对应的 secrets

触发 webhook 的方式
