feat(claude): monitor skill, search-tuned descriptions, MCP parity (PF-4342)

Adds /tinyfish:monitor, rewrites skill descriptions to match the phrasing people search the plugin directory with, and brings skill docs in line with the live MCP server.

Verified: every SKILL.md frontmatter parses with js-yaml, all descriptions ≤ 1024 chars, claude plugin validate passes for the plugin and the marketplace.

Server-side follow-ups (not in this repo): batch_status's description still references batch_create; fetch_content marks defaulted fields as required.

After merge: ask Anthropic to re-pin the tinyfish entry in knowledge-work-plugins to the merge SHA with the new description.
