By default the dashboard connects to a local server only. To connect to the public server:
AGENTCHAT_PUBLIC=true npm startSetting AGENTCHAT_PUBLIC=true uses wss://agentchat-server.fly.dev by default. You can also set a custom remote URL, but AGENTCHAT_PUBLIC=true is still required for any non-localhost address.
