Adds an operator-only tool for the approved disposable full-memory VM experiment. It reuses checkpoint encryption to seal six private artifacts and rejects damaged, incomplete, wrong-key or wrong-generation restores before publishing a destination. No production driver or resume behavior changes.

Validation: bundle/checkpoint tests, race checks and vet pass; OSS CI verification passed. The local complete suite could not pull Alpine from Docker Hub; the available suite passed with Docker integrations explicitly disabled. The companion private hardware qualification completed three full restores preserving the same running Claude process and conversation, with original host processes replaced and a waiting child completing once. All disposable resources and private snapshot copies were removed.

Independent and adversarial review found no blocker for this bounded operator experiment. This is not a production snapshot store, distributed replay guard, or credential-policy implementation. Retained as a draft; no merge performed.
