These changes have been sat on my D-RisQ laptop for a while, and seeing as I'm now leaving the company I figured I ought to do something with them.
This does the bare minimum to get everything building without warnings on the latest GHC and Cabal, including Haddock. The major relevant changes are the
MonadFailproposal, and the addition of<>toPrelude.A small number of tests fail...
