Set the cursor to a block-cursor in DOS. No longer used on modern Windows machines, but still useful in emulators, like DOSBox.
Runtime control utility for S3 ViRGE and Trio graphics chips on DOS. Fixes the "grey blacks" pedestal bug at boot, reads/writes MCLK, no BIOS flash required.
