Overview
Bumps next from 16.2.7 to 16.3.4 in package.json, with the lockfile refreshed for Next’s platform SWC binaries, @swc/helpers, Postcss 8.5.23, and sharp 0.35.4 (Next’s optional image stack now targets sharp ≥0.35.4).

There are no app or config source changes—only dependency versions. The 16.3.x line includes security backports (including image optimization / Windows-hosted RCE advisories addressed in 16.3.3) and 16.3.4 re-enables AVIF optimization with the updated sharp requirement.

eslint-config-next remains on 16.2.7; consider aligning it with 16.3.4 in a follow-up if you want lint rules matched to the runtime version.
