Promotes the trueforge Helm chart from release candidates to stable 0.2.0.

Chart.yaml sets version and appVersion to 0.2.0 (from 0.2.0-rc.13 / 0.2.0-rc.14). values.yaml updates the default image.tag to 0.2.0-8b1d98e so installs pull the production npm-install image for this release.

Merging triggers the chart-release flow: git tag charts/trueforge@0.2.0, GitHub Release, and OCI Helm chart publish.
