wshobson/agents is a plugin marketplace reaching Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Copilot, Antigravity and Pi from one listing. It accepts external plugins through a git-subdir entry pointing at a directory in the vendor's own repository, pinned to a commit.

That route carries a higher bar than an in-repo plugin, because an install pulls whatever the directory holds at that moment and the marketplace reviews it once. Their guide singles out hooks directories and MCP manifests, and says undisclosed hooks are grounds for closing the pull request.

So this payload is scoped down rather than pointed at the existing plugin. It carries the scanning skill, the plugin manifest, a disclosure README and the licence, and deliberately no hooks file, no MCP manifest and no scripts. The full Claude plugin still ships all three; it is distributed through the Anthropic directory where those surfaces are reviewed on their own terms, and it is not what this payload is built from.

The skill drives the trustabl CLI on the user's machine rather than a bundled server. It checks for the binary, names the install options and stops if it is missing, so nothing is installed without the user asking. It also tells the reader to check the inventory before the findings, and to treat a clean result with skipped rules as an incomplete scan rather than a pass.
