Adds one optional system-prompt file input, appended to the default Claude Code system prompt during planning and execution. No architecture parsing, application configuration, environment provisioning, or cloud-specific behavior is added. The default remains unchanged. UTF-8 input is bounded to 128 KiB. Validation: all 71 Python unit tests pass locally. Nix packaging remains covered by CI.
