Follow-up to merged PR #143.
The Czech translations changed the exact MissingTranslation messages recorded in lint-baseline.xml because Czech is no longer missing for those resource keys. This PR refreshes only the affected baseline entries so lint can match the remaining pre-existing missing locales.
It also removes the temporary diagnostic CI changes that were accidentally merged with #143 and restores the normal build workflow before this PR is ready to merge.
I am validating the baseline update in this same PR and will leave the final diff limited to the baseline refresh plus restoration of the original workflow.
