Purpose
Make the v0.2.4 release path reproducible without hand-editing generated client files or creating a lightweight tag.

workflow_dispatchto CI so a generated release-branch commit can receive the full CI matrix.release/version-*pushes, install the pinned toolchain, runraco rivet build, verify canonical/generated version alignment, commit only the three generated backend clients, and dispatch CI + Product Acceptance on that generated commit.release/version-vX.Y.ZPR is merged tomain, verify release metadata and signing-secret presence, wait for CI and Product Acceptance on the merge commit, create an annotatedvX.Y.Ztag, and dispatch the existing release workflow against that tag.Safety gates
