If it will not start because :

Unable to remove directory "wwwroot\dist". The process cannot access the file 'D:\Work\GitProjects\CaesHelp\src\CaesHelp\wwwroot\dist' because it is being used by another process. CaesHelp D:\Work\GitProjects\CaesHelp\src\CaesHelp\CaesHelp.csproj 29

Reboot, or stop all the node processes: taskkill /f /im node.exe
