Allow clean one-parent and ordinary two-parent candidates to produce V2 Full summaries.
parentbinds the first parent; the existing candidate manifest retains the complete ordered parent list. Roots, more than two parents and every dirty state remain refused. Historical fixtures, status authentication, stage closure and classifier routing are preserved. The five-file repair adds producer, authenticated status-pair and real public summarize regression coverage through the existing Full-selected owners, and documents the approved V2 contract extension. The one-session owner ruling leaves closed WO25 and active WO29 unchanged.
Validation: independently accepted offline Windows hum-dev package all-targets check, Clippy with warnings denied, read-only formatting, and all three exact selected test owners. This is package-level Windows evidence; required two-platform Full PR CI is pending. Previous failed main-push CI and the initial Clippy failure remain retained. This PR makes no green-main, scheduled-health, performance or Full-success claim.
One ordinary automatic required Full PR CI cycle is proposed. No merge, dispatch, rerun, auto-merge, branch deletion or scheduled-health waiver is requested.
