Will this work for Tap to charge

Hi ,Thank you for the library..i am developing an EV based application ..will it work for tap to charge vehicle like driver uses mobile app using nfc and taps to nfc based charger(acts as nfc reader) and chargers his vehicle and does it work for Android to Android device.
