Fixed

• Flush the filter state when it falls below f64::MIN_POSITIVE instead of f64::EPSILON on targets without SSE2 flush-to-zero. Small but significant values were zeroed out there, making results depend on how the input was split into add_frames() calls and differ in the last bits from x86.
• Keep the internal write index into the audio buffer bounded in peak-only modes. It was never reset and grew with the number of processed frames, which could eventually overflow it on 32-bit platforms.
• Return an error instead of -inf when requesting windowed loudness values in peak-only modes: loudness_window() with a window of 0 and set_max_window() did not check that a loudness mode was enabled.
• Fix copy-paste typo in the documentation of Planar.

• Peak-only modes (Mode::SAMPLE_PEAK, Mode::TRUE_PEAK) no longer include the bit of Mode::M and the BS.1770 biquad filter is completely skipped when no loudness mode is requested. This also avoids allocating the buffer for the filtered audio in these modes.
