chore: retire client and span after their move to Appwrite - #338

Conversation
utopia-php/client and utopia-php/span now live in appwrite/appwrite as packages/client and packages/span (appwrite/appwrite#13858). Drop them here so this repository stops discovering and publishing them during Split runs, refresh the dependency graph, and point readers at the new source location. The graph introduction now describes external requirements generally, since naming each one went stale with every retirement.

Client and span now live in Appwrite following appwrite/appwrite#13858. Remove
packages/clientandpackages/spanso this repository stops discovering and publishing them during Split runs. Refresh the local dependency graph and list both with the packages maintained in Appwrite. The graph introduction now says that requirements on packages maintained elsewhere, including those listed as maintained in Appwrite, are not drawn. It no longer names each external dependency and its dependants, because that list went stale with every retirement: #326 needed a review fix for it.
cdn, domains, fastly, messagingandstoragekeep their Packagist constraints onutopia-php/client(^0.4still resolves, and client 0.5's aliases keep the old names working).domainsandcdnkeep theirs onutopia-php/span. The standalone mirrors and release tags remain available.Validation:
bin/monorepo validate, vale README.md, andgit diff --checkpass.Appwrite's post-merge Split run succeeded, and each mirror's tree exactly matches Appwrite's package directory:

Follow-up to appwrite/appwrite#13828.
