chore: allow utopia-php/validators 0.5

appwrite/server-ce now requires utopia-php/validators ^0.5, and this library is the last thing holding Appwrite Cloud on ^0.4. utopia-php/http (2.0.0-rc23), queue (1.2.1), storage (4.0.4) and audit (3.0.2) have all shipped ^0.5 already, so with this in place Cloud can resolve again.

Why this is safe

The only change between 0.4.2 and 0.5.0 is in src/Validator/Text.php: a new optional constructor parameter $requireNonBlank, defaulting to false, plus the matching branch in isValid() and a sentence in getDescription(). Existing behaviour is unchanged unless a caller opts in.

This library never constructs Text — the single validator import is the base Utopia\Validator class in src/Validator/Conditions.php — so nothing here is affected either way.
