Summary

compose parent cancellation, per-attempt teardown, and ordered-emitter failure into each streamed model request
abort the provider before draining pending event writes while preserving the original sink error as the abort reason
keep event-sink failures out of model retry/recovery paths, with workflow diagnostics and task-mode infrastructure retries preserved
make retry backoff cancellable and give every retry a fresh signal
add real AI SDK regressions for provider cancellation, reason identity, retry isolation, and sink-failure behavior
