- Update vm-field-descriptions.md to explicitly state hot-plug is for drives and NICs only, not CPU/RAM - Fix contradictory tip in api-vm-configuration.md that incorrectly suggested CPU/RAM hot-plug was supported - Add new KB article documenting all hot-plug capabilities for both VMs and tenants in one place Fixes incorrect chatbot responses about memory hot-plug support.
