Enable the plugin to be used with projects using sbt 1.0.2 (e.g. Play Framework 2.6.6) Required changes: - Upgraded dependencies to versions that support sbt 1.0.x - Changes required due to breaking changes in sbt 1.0.x. See the sbt migration guide: http://www.scala-sbt.org/1.x/docs/Migrating-from-sbt-013x.html - Introduced cross build to publish artifacts for both sbt versions, i.e. to continue support for 0.13.x
