This strat says HiJump but doesn't require it. I wasnt sure which was correct. There is a similar strat entering the opposite door at around like 2120.

Without HiJump, depending on your dash speed your jump may not reach the bomb blocks. There are several alternative strats that do it without HiJump though, either using dash speed in certain range or with temporary blue.

This relies on #2706 and should not be merged before it.
I seemed to have lowered the difficulty a bit on where I defined canBlueSpaceJump (Plowerhouse, Tourian Hoppers). If you don't want it on them, we can remove it.
