Your log shows the seat session starting, then Apollo repeatedly exiting about 13 seconds after launch. That is further along than the RDPWrap problem in #33.

The service warning is too definite: an early exit does not prove an encoder failure. Apollo also waits ten seconds before exiting if its HTTP initialization fails, including failures creating its TLS files. That fits the timing, but we need Apollo's own log to tell which path it took.

Please attach the newest Apollo log from C:\ProgramData\MultiSeat\apollo\GuestJezza\ or its logs subfolder, from one of these failed starts. Include the beginning of that startup through the final error. Please redact personal information, and do not attach cakey.pem, credential JSON files, or API keys.

If the log stops without an explanation, set MultiSeat:ApolloLogLevel to verbose in your existing C:\Program Files\MultiSeat\appsettings.local.json (preserving its other settings), restart MultiSeat when nobody is streaming, and reproduce once. debug does not enable FFmpeg's detailed errors.

I tested 0.6.5 locally: Apollo stayed up for more than five minutes and both its web UI and Moonlight serverinfo endpoint answered. That host used software encoding, so this does not rule out a hardware-encoder failure on yours. No confirmed fix yet; the Apollo log is the next evidence we need.
