fix(console): drop the sidebar's "N ended" sessions toggle (v0.460.1) - #868

Removes the collapsible "N ended" toggle from the sidebar session list. The sidebar now shows live sessions plus the currently open one (even if ended); past runs are on All sessions. When nothing is live it shows "No live sessions." instead of an empty list.
The terminal tab strip's own ended toggle is untouched.
