Patch an existing .vim with a partial export: replace changed elements, add new ones, remove deleted ones (matched by document title + path + UniqueId), keeping everything else intact. Plus two tables recording which export of which document wrote each element's data (object model 5.10.0 - a schema change for you to agree). Stacked on #63.

Tested on TowerS (223.6 MB): patching 300 elements takes 1.4-1.9 s; the result equals the expected state on 365,276 per-element table checks; passes the format's own validation; test suite 66 passed / 0 failed. Known: a 3D-only partial keeps changed elements' old 2D drawing lines until the next full export. For Sam's incremental export (vimaec/vim-atlas#84). Draft, not fully QA'd.
