Log.it is an innovative tool designed to transform the way equipment inventories are conducted, automating⚙️ the process through the power of AI🤖. Here is how you can start auditing!
Admin dashboard
First you need to register or log in as an admin, you are then directed to the admin dashboard. Here you see all your organizations/buildings. Select one of them to start auditing.
Map view
You are then greeted with the map view which presents all the rooms/areas of the organisation/building and infromation about related equipment. From here navigate to the items by location to start an audit for a location.
Request audit form
Here click on the request audit and fill in the auditor(s) name(s) and phone number(s), by pressing request audit a link is sent to the auditor(s).
Audit AI chat
By clicking the link recieved by the auditor you are able to get to the auditing tool. Here you can start auditing by either speaking🗣️ or typing📄 to the AI assistant. You are also able to upload🖼️ and take photos📷 of audited equipment.
